About

Designing Teaching, Teaching Design (DEED) is a biannual open-access, peer-reviewed diamond journal published by the Higher Institute of Fine Arts of Tunis (ISBAT) at the University of Tunis. The journal aims to advance knowledge in design disciplines for the benefit of professionals, researchers, educators, and students in design and beyond, as well as other stakeholders worldwide.

We are committed to publishing original articles, in both French and English, that highlight current trends and innovations in the field of design. Contributions cover a wide range of topics, including but not limited to research notes, case studies, literature reviews, critical analyses, empirical research, theoretical works, syntheses, and methodologies (see submission guidelines and author recommendations). It is also important to be mindful of confidentiality and anonymization issues (see the ethical code).
